Carla started her professional career as a high school teacher. After the family moved, she chose to stay home to take care of her children which eventually included a son with developmental delays. When her son started waiver services, she began to realize that being a case manager just might be a great career. Six years ago, Carla became a case manager and has never looked back. Carla understands some of the struggles families face and loves to help them navigate the various systems, sharing her experiences and working with her fellow case managers to find the best answers for families. But most of all, she loves to see her individuals grow and achieve their dreams and goals. She serves Clinton, Carroll, White, Tippecanoe, Boone, Montgomery and Warren counties.

 

Carla is married and has four children and four grandchildren - with a fifth on the way!
