Tiffany Shelman joined Inspire Case Management in December of 2021. Prior to working as a BDDS waiver case manager, Tiffany worked as a lead care coordinator for Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center. Throughout her career, Tiffany has utilized her leadership skills and positive energy to contribute to a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. 

Shelman is an Indianapolis native and Army National Guard veteran. She attended North Central high School and then graduated from IUPUI with a degree in psychology. As a mother of a child with autism, Tiffany is uniquely equipped to help individuals and families navigate complex systems, find resources, and advocate.
