Danette Shepperd
I enjoyed working as a direct support professional while attending college. My first nephew was diagnosed with Autism. As a child, he was often hanging out with his Aunt Danette while we went to fairs and parks. I began working as a case manager in 2009. I enjoy meeting with individuals, listening to their successes, and supporting them to create a plan that will support what they desire for a meaningful and fulfilling life. I care that people are supported and encouraged to be the best that they can be. I look forward to hearing how individuals have learned new things, joined new groups, or reached a life goal due to discussing these topics at a team meeting.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four children, and our two grandchildren. I also love to spend time swimming, hiking, boating, working in the yard, and going on motorcycle rides with my husband.
