Kalyn Smithson has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over a decade. Kalyn has been placed in multiple leadership roles ranging from rock climbing coach to ABA Therapist where he has led group activities. This has allowed Kalyn to be directly hands-on with the success of individuals in need.  Being an ABA Therapist for most of his employment career, Kalyn has developed a unique niche which allows him to connect well, face to face, with families and individuals in need of assistance. 

 

Graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Developmental Psychology, Kalyn has found his way into Case Management where he is able to assist multiple families in need of support in guiding their loved ones to their preferred living. Kalyn Smithson is passionate about the growth and success of others which makes "Case Manager" the perfect title for him.
